I understand that undertaking this course has a number of inherent risks & hazards that are beyond the control of Capstone and its staff. I agree to personally assume this risk, in the knowledge that Capstone will take every care within their responsibility to protect the health and safety. Furthermore, I hereby declare that I will treat all the information and any finding regarding the inspected course in confidence and will not pass or discuss these with any third party. I sign this consent agreement of my own free will.
This group has been created to help members learn from each other, share the responsibility of decisions, and feel less isolated. However, there are strict conditions in place for our protection as we do not want items posted to be taken out of context or misrepresented by others.
1. No naming of centres, this is vital. 2. No banter, this is not an entertainment group. 3. Post items between 8am to 5pm local time only. 4. You must not share items posted with anyone outside the group. 5. No inappropriate posts, save that for your Facebook. Sorry to be strict but we need to be mindful to protect our employers, ourselves, each other and our industry. Any breach of the above conditions will result in the post being removed and the person responsible for posting the item will be removed from the group.
It should be understood that our training courses involve a certain amount of physical and mental exertion. Certain medical conditions are a definite contra-indication to the safe and successful completion of the training course These conditions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Heart disease/chest pain, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, fits, blackouts, giddiness/difficulty with balance, fear of heights, impaired limb function, alcohol or drug dependence, psychiatric illness/counselling, bad back, strains & sprains.
Capstone inspectors are not medically trained, so if any of the conditions listed above apply to you or you have other medical conditions that you think will by an issue while participating is this course, you should speak to your GP and ask for advice and if necessary, to obtain a consent letter or medical fitness form. Please also inform us if you are at present on any medication (e.g., inhaler for asthma) receiving treatment that may affect your fitness to participate in the training course.
